"Katie Kelly steal my family’s insurance policies to her office. We came here to request transfer agent. This is what her team member Karina Farrell said to us as customers. Liars The audio was good when I uploaded the video but for some reason it is off now. We came here with my family, mom dad and my husband, requesting to change my agent to a different office. The staff here Karina Farrell confirmed our request and then said we have to wait for Katie Kelly to come back, there is nothing else she can tell me. Her attitude was extremely rude and cold. Ignoring customer’s urgent request and refused to help us. Her staff HAS the access to request change agent!!! Our customer’s portal was down and she ignored our request telling us simply to wait???? We had to cancel all our State Farm policies and transfer to another company because the customer portal to change agent keep erroring while all other online account function stays normal. State Farm’s action is unacceptable. Forcing customers to stay with specific agent, changing our policies to someone we DO NOT trust without our permission is unacceptable! We reported this incident to the insurance commissioner office and state attorney general."

They outright refused to transfer our policies back, leaving us feeling frustrated and ignored. This experience was deeply disappointing and not what we expected from a professional insurance office. I'm even a greater fan of her husband who stopped by to assist me and my daughter address a flat tire issue that we had in the parking lot of the Metropolitan Market on a rainy ,cold day in seattle. He didn't know us and we didn't know him. After offering his assistance he told me he was Katie's husband and that if I was a state farm customer I could get reimbursed for the towing service.
